During past decades, the changes in education have replaced from theory oriented approach to practical and application based approach and this plays a key role for those who chose nursing as career. They will be given education in various aspects of nursing and will further help them in getting expertise in a particular stream or department of Nursing. Nurse practitioners are those who are well trained and educated Registered nurse professionals and have the responsibility and authority to diagnose and treat the patient. Nursing practice is justified by values that guide the way in which nursing care is provided
 
 
In today’s Nursing and Healthcare environment it had become a challenge to have a leader. Identifying and developing a challenging leader to face the challenges in the Nursing profession and being a leader itself is a responsibility which involves guiding the nurses in a right path and also fighting for their rights when needed.
 
Track 04: Clinical Nursing
 
Clinical nursing is an advanced field, which means you could also become employed in education and leadership roles. There is a high demand for clinical nurse specialists, particularly because they are so advanced. They are able to work as a primary care provider, but they earn less than physicians, which puts them in particularly high demand. The demand is also for the expertise of clinical nurses, who are able to coach and mentor other nurses, thereby improving health outcomes across the board.
 
 
It is a mixture of Nursing and Information Systems. It helps in storing medical data, records and also helps in making the work easier. A place where clinical nurse is there an informatics nurses’ will also be there. As these two play a key role in the entry to exit procedure of a patient.
 
Track 06: Types of Nursing
 
There are wider ranges of topics in the field of Nursing from head to toe of a Human being. It includes cardiac, mental health, obstetric, surgical, holistic, travel, oncology, Critical Care, Tele, Legal, ICU, Forensic and so on. These are separated to make the treatment and cure easier and specific also many of those students can choose their stream of interest so that they can explore their passion as well.
 
 
Maternity care, likewise called as obstetrics, is a wellbeing calling that arrangements with the mastery in pregnancy, labor, and the baby blues period (counting care of the new-conceived), other than reproductive and sexual strength of ladies for the duration of their lives. An expert in maternity care is called as a midwife. Emergency Nursing is a specialty in which nurses care for patients in the emergency or critical phase of their illness or injury and are adept at discerning life-threatening problems, prioritizing the urgency of care, rapidly and effectively carrying out resuscitative measures and other treatment, acting with a high degree of autonomy and ability to initiate needed measures without outside direction, educating the patient and his family with the information and emotional support needed to preserve themselves as they cope with a new reality.
 
 
Pediatric Nursing is the remedial consideration of neonates and adolescents up to puberty, generally speaking in an in-patient healing center or day-clinic. Neonatal attendants are enlisted medical caretakers who have some mastery in working with these young, vulnerable patients. Neonatal nursing is a part of human services that for the most part focuses in giving consideration and support for infants who were conceived rashly, or experiencing medical issues, for example, birth imperfections, diseases, or heart distortions. Various neonatal attendants work in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), giving extremely specific therapeutic consideration to newborn children in risk.
 
 
Nursing care plan is a plan that provides the direction or way on the type of the individual/family/community may need. The main goal of nursing care plan is to provide standardized, evidence based holistic care.
